Adhesive backed tapes

There are a variety of adhesives from which to choose depending on your application requirements.

Pressure Sensitive adhesives (P/S) are popular because of the ease of application. Simply remove the backing tape and press VELCRO® brand tape in place. Pressure sensitive adhesive pre-coats should always be considered semi-permanent bonds. VELCRO® brand moulded hook tapes are also available with a pressure sensitive backing.

Solvent Activated adhesives (S/A) are a solvent-based, non-tacky urethane pre-coat applied to the back of VELCRO® brand tape. Is ideal for permanent bonding. Each of the adhesives offered has specific performance characteristics for different adhesive requirements. Please refer to the brochures for more information.
